Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of firepowerhotsauces.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Firepower Hot Sauces ("Firepower", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Please also read our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 20 years old (the age of majority in Thailand), or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and be able to enter into a legally binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.

2. Our products

We make small-batch hot sauces, so please note:

• Product photos, colors, and descriptions are provided as accurately as we can, but slight variations between batches and from what appears on your screen are normal.
• Some products are limited and made in small quantities — availability isn't guaranteed and items can sell out.
• Our products are food and contain chili peppers and other ingredients. Please read the label and ingredient information before consuming, especially if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

We may limit or refuse order quantities, discontinue products, or change product details at any time.

3. Spice levels and responsible consumption

Our sauces are intentionally hot, and some are extremely hot. By buying and consuming them, you understand and accept that:

• Spicy food can cause discomfort and is consumed at your own choice and risk.
• Our products are not suitable for young children, and may not be suitable if you are pregnant or have a medical condition affected by spicy food, capsaicin, or any listed ingredient. If in doubt, consult a doctor.
• You should handle the products with care — avoid contact with eyes and broken skin, wash your hands after use, and keep them out of reach of children.
• Our products are food, not a dare or a medical product, and we make no health or medicinal claims.

This section concerns the normal, intended spiciness of our products and how you handle them. It does not limit any rights you may have if a product is genuinely unsafe or defective.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB), with taxes applied as displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers, and we do not store your full payment-card details. If a price is clearly incorrect (a pricing error), we may cancel the affected order and refund you, even after it has been placed.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm and/or ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, where a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or description error, we suspect fraud, or the order breaches these Terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, we can't change or cancel it.

6. Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within Thailand only and do not accept international orders. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide. See our Shipping Policy for more on methods and timeframes.

7. Returns, refunds and replacements

We don't accept returns, but we'll make it right with a refund or a replacement if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. The time limit and how to make a claim are set out in full in our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt or interfere with the Site or its security, to attempt unauthorized access, to scrape or copy content beyond normal personal use, or to use it in any way that could harm Firepower or others.

10. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including our name, logo, branding, text, images, and design — are owned by Firepower or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view and use the Site for shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.

11. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own and lawful, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, and share it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites or platforms (for example, Shopee, Lazada, or social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

13. Disclaimers

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide the Site and its content "as is" and "as available," and we don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. This does not exclude or limit any statutory rights or protections you have under Thai law that cannot be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Firepower will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under Thailand's consumer protection and product liability laws.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the current Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections available to you under Thai law.

17. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases.
