Refund policy
Firepower Hot Sauces is handmade in small batches in Thailand, and we want every bottle to reach you in perfect shape. Because our products are food, we don't accept returns — but if something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right with a refund or a replacement, whichever you'd prefer.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or it isn't what you ordered, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out. Here's how it works:
- Email info@firepowerhotsauces.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the problem — the bottle, the damage, and the packaging it arrived in. Photos are required so we can see what happened and improve how we pack.
- Please don't ship anything back. Once we've reviewed your photos, there's nothing to return — keep the item or dispose of it safely.
- You choose the fix: a full refund of the affected item, or a free replacement sent out to you. Just let us know which you'd like.
We can only help with claims made within the 48-hour window, so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Refunds
Once we've reviewed and approved your claim, we'll refund the affected item to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, email info@firepowerhotsauces.com.
Replacements
Prefer a replacement? We'll send a new bottle at no cost to you, shipped within Thailand. No need to return the original.
Orders placed on Shopee or Lazada
If you bought from our Shopee or Lazada store, refunds and claims for those orders go through that platform's own process and buyer protection. Please open your claim there — and feel free to reach out to us if you need a hand.
Final sale items
Items marked as final sale aren't eligible for change-of-mind refunds. This never affects damaged, defective, or incorrect items — we'll always make those right.
Changing or canceling an order
We ship quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, we can't cancel it.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Thai consumer protection law.
