How hot are your sauces?

Hotter than most in Thailand — even our mildest has real presence. We run a Level 1 to Level 5 scale: Level 1 (Smoky Ghost) is an easygoing, smoky everyday sauce, and Level 5 (Smoky Reaper) is genuinely extreme. For a full breakdown of what each level feels like, see our Heat Guide.

I can't handle much spice — where should I start?

Start at Level 1, the Smoky Ghost. It's smoky and a little sweet, with heat you'll notice but won't regret. Stick with it for a few weeks, and when it stops feeling like much, move up a level. Heat tolerance is a skill — it trains.

What are your sauces made of?

Native Thai chilies and locally grown super-hot peppers, plus ingredients like roasted garlic, onion, lime, honey, and spices — and every sauce has something roasted, smoked, or both. The full ingredient list is on every bottle.

Are your sauces vegan?

Three of them are: Pineapple Bomb, Tangy Habanero, and Venom Verde. Our Smoky series — Smoky Ghost and Smoky Reaper — contain honey, so those aren't vegan.

Are there any allergens I should know about?

The main one: Pineapple Bomb includes beer, so it contains gluten. Our other sauces are made without gluten-containing ingredients. Everything is made in a small kitchen that handles a range of foods, so if you have a serious allergy, email us before ordering and we'll walk you through it. Full ingredients are on every label.

Do they contain preservatives?

No. We don't use artificial preservatives — the chilies, the acidity, and small batches do the work.

How should I store them?

Keep unopened bottles somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. Once you've opened one, store it in the fridge — with no preservatives, that keeps the flavor at its best. Check the best-before date on the bottle.

How big are the bottles?

Every sauce comes in an 85ml glass bottle.

Why are some sauces sold out so often?

Because they're genuinely small-batch. The Smoky Reaper especially — we make it in runs of around 65 bottles only a few times a year, and it tends to go quickly. It's real scarcity, not a marketing trick.

How do I find out when something drops or restocks?

Join our email list or follow us on Instagram — new batches, restocks, and Reaper drops get announced there first.

Where do you ship?

Within Thailand only, for now — we don't ship internationally. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. We dispatch within 1–2 business days, and delivery time then depends on your region — Bangkok is quick, upcountry and islands take a little longer. See our Shipping Policy for the regional estimates.

Can I return a sauce?

We don't take returns on food, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right with a refund or a replacement — your choice. The full process is in our Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged or leaking — what do I do?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a couple of clear photos, and we'll sort out a refund or replacement. No need to send anything back. Details are in our Refund Policy.
